COLLECTION OF EGYPTIAN FAIENCE SHELL-SHAPED AMULETS - New Kingdom, Ca. 1550 - 1069 BC. A collection of three faience shell-shaped amulets modelled as cowries, each with an ovoid convex body and a deep longitudinal slit bordered by small tooth-like nodules; reverses are flat or hollowed.
