GREEK CORE-FORMED BLUE GLASS AMPHORISKOS - Ca. 525 - 400 BC. A core-formed amphoriskos in blue glass with an inverted piriform body, short cylindrical neck, wide flaring rim, and rounded knob base. Two handles are applied horizontally at the shoulder and drawn up to the neck. The body is decorated with a marvered trail pattern in opaque yellow and blue glass, including horizontal bands and a central zigzag motif.
