EGYPTIAN FAIENCE ANUBIS AMULET - Third Intermediate Period, Ca. 1069 - 664 BC. A faience amulet of Anubis standing on a small rectangular base. The jackal-headed god has an elongated muzzle and upright ears, wears a pleated kilt, and stands with the left leg advanced. The arms hang straight with the hands against the thighs.
