OTTOMAN SILVER RING WITH INSCRIBED INTAGLIO - Ca. 19th century AD. A carnelian intaglio engraved with four lines of cursive script, set in a silver ring with a flat circular bezel and plain raised collet within a twisted-rope fillet. A moulded frieze of interlacing ovals encircles the bezel base. The shoulders bear cusped cartouches with low-relief arabesques.
