SASANIAN INSCRIBED BLUE INTAGLIO IN SILVER RING - Ca. 2nd - 6th century AD. A cobalt blue oval intaglio engraved with a line of script, set in a silver ring with a high oval collet framed by a narrow rim and flanked at the quarters by small cusped bosses.
