HISPANO-MORESQUE STYLE LUSTRE DISH - Spain, Ca. early 20th century AD. An earthenware dish with a wide rim and shallow well, decorated in copper lustre and cobalt blue. The centre is enclosed by a circular band and divided by a cross into four panels of foliate scrolls, the cross set with pseudo-Arabic inscriptions. The rim with a scrolling foliate frieze.
