PAIR OF EASTERN ZHOU TYPE CARVED JADE TIGER PENDANTS - Ca. 19th-20th century AD. A pair of carved jade tiger pendants, finely carved in mirror image as a recumbent tiger in profile, the bodies gracefully arched and pierced for attachment. The details are defined with incised scrollwork and raised ridges delineating the musculature and facial features, the curling tails looping back towards the haunches.
