EGYPTIAN FAIENCE NECKLACE WITH STONE AND FAIENCE BEADS - Late Period to Ptolemaic, Ca. 664 - 30 BC. A restrung necklace composed of faience annular beads in a variety of earthy tones, including green, red, and beige. The design consists of a central strand of beads, followed by multiple short vertical strands extending symmetrically. Below these, the necklace features another strand of beads, from which additional short vertical strands extend in a similar symmetrical arrangement. Each outer vertical strand terminates in a spherical metallic element attached via small metal loops.
