PHOENICIAN TERRACOTTA PLAQUE WITH TANIT - Ca. 600 - 400 BC. A rectangular terracotta plaque with a recessed central field bordered by two rounded columns. Within the niche stands a stylised nude female figure with simplified facial features, small rounded breasts, and legs held closely together. The back is flat and undecorated.
