COLLECTION OF GREEK GOLD FLY PENDANTS - Ca. 600 - 400 BCA collection of five gold fly pendants, each formed from a thin hammered sheet with repouss? modelling of the insect: a rounded head with pellet eyes, a broad thorax flanked by outspread wings, and a tapering abdomen with longitudinal ribs. Small legs project at the sides, and a rolled suspension loop rises above the head.
