LARGE ROMANO-EGYPTIAN HIGH KARAT GOLD SNAKE RING - Ca. 100 BC - AD 100 A gold ring with a round-section hoop formed as a two-coiled serpent. One end terminates in a modelled snake head with linear detailing and a finely textured neck, the central coil plain, the other end formed as an undulating band with incised scales.
