EGYPTIAN BLACK STONE SEATED FIGURE OF SEKHMET - New Kingdom, Ca. 1550 - 1069 BCA black stone figure of Sekhmet seated on a block throne with a low back pillar and cross-hatched side panels, her legs together and feet resting on an integral base. Her lioness head is crowned with a solar disc fronted by a uraeus and framed by a striated wig.
