KHAZAR IRON SWORD AND SILVER SCABBARD FITTING - Ca. AD 900 - 1100 A sword with a long, straight iron blade of narrow profile, tapering evenly to an acute point. The hilt is plain, with a rectangular guard-plate and a straight tang terminating in a rounded pommel cap. Comes with a silver scabbard terminal fitting. Size: 75-745mm x 50-50mm; Weight: 630g.
