APULIAN RED-FIGURE BAIL AMPHORA WITH LADY OF FASHION - Ca. 350 - 300 BCA red-figure terracotta bail amphora with a broad flat mouth, a tall neck beneath, and an ovoid body on a low flaring foot, surmounted by a high arched bail handle attached at the rim. The front panel shows a lady of fashion standing in profile, draped in a long chiton and holding a hand mirror and a wreath. The reverse is decorated with a himation-clad youth facing left.
