BRONZE AGE / EARLY GREEK PERIOD BRONZE DAGGER - Ca. 1200 - 800 BC. A bronze dagger with a long, tapering blade and a lunate guard at the junction with the hilt. The blade is lentoid in section with a pronounced medial ridge, and the edges narrow to a sharp point. A cylindrical grip with raised collars finishes in a flattened mushroom-shaped pommel.
