LATE ROMAN GOLD AND STONE PENDANT WITH MENORAH - Ca. AD 400. A pendant composed of a dark stone cylinder enclosed by gold end caps and a central gold sleeve decorated with a menorah, each fitted with a ribbed suspension loop above and topped with clusters of granules. Below, double loops support a gold bar with coiled terminals, suspending a central garnet drop pendant with a green stone bead beneath and two bell-shaped gold pendants on loop-in-loop chains at the sides.
