Seder Tikkun Shovavim arranged by Rabbi Moshe Zakut. Kavanat HaMikveh printed at the beginning. Some ten leaves of yichudim, kavanot and shemot are in the body of the sefer.

The Divine Kabbalist Rabbi Moshe Zacuto, the Ramaz, one of the greatest contemporary Kabbalists of Italy, a disciple of Rabbi Chaim Vital and the Shela and distributor of Kabbalah in Italy.
