Brit Yaakov – Livorno 1800 – Only Edition – Classic. - Sefer Brit Yaakov, sermons on the Torah and novellae on the Talmud and Rambam, authored by the esteemed Rabbi Yaakov Pitussi, one of the great sages of Tunis. Included is the ”Shitah Mekubetzet” on Tractate Sotah by Rabbeinu Bezalel Ashkenazi. Additionally, it contains novellae on Tractate Nazir by Rabbi Avraham Ben Musa, and novellae on Tractate Sotah by the author under the title *Yagel Yaakov*. Livorno, 1800, printed by Eliezer Saadon. Only Edition. At the end of the sefer is *Shaarei Tzedek*, a commentary on the Thirteen Principles by which the Torah is interpreted, attributed to the Ralbag. The sefer also includes notes by Rabbi Yehuda Najjar, signed with the initials AIN. It includes endorsements from nine of the leading rabbis of Tunis.
