Includes commentary on Proverbs and Ecclesiastes [with the text], and Rashi’s commentary on Proverbs. A separate title page for Ecclesiastes. On the title pages appears the printer’s emblem with a lion illustration. Each part includes an introduction by the author, ending with a rhymed poem featuring the author's name in acrostic. Includes approbations from the chief rabbis of the Ashkenazi and Sephardi communities in Amsterdam, and from the communities of The Hague and Halberstadt. First title page partially hand-colored.
