Dagul MeRevavah by the Noda BiYehuda, First Edition, Prague, 1794. - Sefer Dagul MeRevavah contains novellae written in the margins of the Shulchan Aruch in the handwriting of the Gaon Rabbi Yechezkel HaLevi Landau, the Rabbi of Prague, known as the Noda BiYehuda.  Prague' 1794, this is the first edition. The sefer was published by his son, Rabbi Yisrael HaLevi Landau, who transcribed the marginal notes his father had written on his Shulchan Aruch. He titled the halachic discussions and analytical insights “Dagul MeRevavah”, and referred to his father’s textual corrections as “Shulchan HaTahor”. The work is adorned with 20 approbations from the leading sages of the generation. On the title page, the son expresses deep sorrow over the volume of Even HaEzer of the Shulchan Aruch, which had been filled with his father’s many annotations. One of his father’s students had taken it for binding, and the binder—through great foolishness—cut off all the margins. “Woe for that which is lost and cannot be recovered.” [8], 68 Leaves. 21 cm.  Stefansky’s Sifrei Yesod  #182.
