She’elot u-Teshuvot Torat Chaim by the MaHaRCh”Sh – Rabbi Chaim Shabbati One of the foundational and most highly regarded works in the responsa literature. Part II, with an appendix titled Moda’ah ve-Onesim at the end. Only Edition. Saloniki, 1715. Printed by Avraham ben David Nachman and Yom Tov ben Moshe Kanpilyash. On the title page appears a poem praising the serfer, beginning: ”Shema beni lekol ani asher ke'ev lekha achu vegam atzo.” (See Otzar HaShirah VeHaPiyut, vol. 3, p. 485, no. 1667.) 2 . By Rabbi Eliyahu Palombo, Chief Rabbi and Av Beit Din of Constantinople in the late 18th century. Salonika, 1804. Only Edition. Printed by Mordechai Nachman. Published by the author’s sons, Rabbi Yehoshua and Rabbi Avraham, and grandson Rabbi Eliyahu, who bore the printing expenses. With approbations from Constantinople's rabbis and the author’s disciples: Rabbi Eliyahu Anav, Rabbi Eliezer Di Toledo, Rabbi Avraham HaKohen.
