On the 21st of Shvat after Maariv and saying of a sicha, he gave out the pamphlet which bore the name “Kobetz 22nd Shvat”, with a $5 bill (Chamesh, the Hebrew word for five—abbreviation of ChAya MuSHkah) and a lekach. On the inside of the cover of the Kuntres and on the accompanying Five dollar bill it is written by R' Yaakov Ginsberg: On The Kuntress ”Received From the Hands of his Honor and Holiness the Admo”r Shlit”a, on the 22nd of Shvat, 5752”. On The Five Dollar Bill ”Received From the Hands of his Honor and Holiness the Admo”r Shlit”a , on the 22nd of Shvat, 5752”. Two specific instances when the Rebbe distributed five-dollar bills: On Tu B'Shvat: The Rebbe returned from the Ohel, after several hours and, following evening prayers, gave out five-dollar bills to approximately 4,000 people over a period of about three hours. During the distribution of the ”Kovetz 22nd Shvat”: This pamphlet included conversations about the significance of Jewish women. Alongside the pamphlet and lekach (honey cake), each packet distributed by the Rebbe contained a five-dollar bill. He gave out approximately 10,000 such packets at this occasion.
