The original is the Greek anthology Oργανον [The Organon] - a collection of Aristotle's works on logic. The Arabic abbreviated version by Ibn-Raushd is called Altzruri pi Almantiq. R' Ya'akov Ben Machir translated this into Hebrew, and it was completed on 4 or 5 Kislev 1289 Foreword on the back of the title page by the proofreader Dr.Ya'akov Markariah.
