Dedication by the Berach Moshe of Satmar, in his edition of Responsa Atzei Chaim. - Responsa Atzei Chaim on all four sections of the Shulchan Aruch, published in Brooklyn in 1966 by the author’s son, the Satmar Rebbe Moshe Teitelbaum. This copy contains a beautiful 7-line handwritten dedication to R. Yaakov Fried, son of Reb Chaim Avraham Fried, son-in-law of the distinguished chassid Reb Dov Amsel. ''As a token of love and friendship-for the Torah seeks out its proper host. May it be His will that he merit to study the holy Torah with fear of Heaven, in a state of abundance and prosperity, and with all good, all his days.” Rebbe Moshe Teitelbaum, the Berach Moshe of Satmar (1914-2006), son of Rebbe Chaim Tzvi, the Atzei Chaim of Sighet. He first headed the yeshiva of his father-in-law Rebbe Chanoch Henich of Sassov in Keretsky, and later served as rabbi of Zenta, where he founded and headed a yeshiva as well. Following the Holocaust, he served as rabbi of Sighet, later immigrating to the United States where he founded the Atzei Chaim – Sighet Beit Midrash in Boro Park, eventually succeeding his uncle Rebbe Yoel Teitelbaum as rebbe of Satmar.  [3], 133, 31,[1] Leaves. 30.5 cm.
