Reportedly, the Rebbe of Komarno traveled to the Yismach Moshe in Ujhel in order to receive his approbation to the sefer. The Yismach Moshe was weak and sick at the time, and on that occasion the Rebbe of Komarno revealed the origin of the soul of the Yismach Moshe and his grandson the Yitav Lev.
