Charalambos Doumas (Greece, 1910-1991)- Sunrise Peak - A large antique oil painting on canvas, representing the Greek school of art, signed: Ch. Doumas Dimensions: 105 x 63 cm, Frame dimensions (frame not attached to the painting): 122 x 80 cm Charalambos Doumas (Ντούμας Χαράλαμπος) was born in Athens in 1910. He graduated from the School of Fine Arts in 1935 under Spiros Vikatos. His extensive career featured numerous personal exhibitions in Athens (1935, 1946, 1947, 1948, 1960, 1964, 1975), as well as notable shows in Paris (1961) and New York (1962). He also took part in group exhibitions of ASKT students and exhibited at the Archaeological Museum of Piraeus. His works are held in the National Gallery and in prestigious private collections in Greece, the USA, and Great Britain.
