שמן על בד 40X50 חתום .אפרים מודזלביץ' (1931-1995) היה צייר ישראלי יליד ארגנטינה. הוא עלה לישראל בשנת 1939.
מודזלביץ' החל את לימודי הציור בחיפה אצל הציירים צבי מאירוביץ' ואברהם ישכיל. לאחר מכן נסע לפריז להשתלם באמנות. כבר בתחילת דרכו פיתח סגנון מופשט ייחודי.
במהלך חייו הציג מודזלביץ' בתערוכות רבות בישראל ובעולם. לאחר שחי כמה שנים בארצות הברית,
ציוריו של מודזלביץ' מאופיינים בשימוש בצבעים עזים ובקומפוזיציות מופשטות. לעיתים קרובות הוא שאב השראה מנופי העיר ומאורות הנמל של יפו. הוא נחשב לאחד האמנים הבולטים של דור העלייה השנייה באמנות הישראלית.
