Zygmunt Schreter Polish/French - Landscape. Pastel , signed, 35X50 cm. Zygmunt Schreter was born in 1896 in Lodz. He studied in Berlin under the direction of L. Corinth. In 1932 he settled in Paris and remained there in a circle of artists Moses Kisling. Schreter exhibited at the Paris Salon and also had solo exhibitions in Poland, USA, Jerusalem, Switzerland. The artist's painting is included in the mainstream of post-Impressionist. He painted landscapes of the south of France and Spain.
