Neshumov, V.P. Spring landscape. - 1933. Oil on canvas. - 65x49 cm. - Description: Framed. Information: Vladimir Pavlovich Neshumov (?-1977) was a painter and iconographer. He graduated from the Kharkov Art College. After the Revolution, he emigrated and settled in Paris. He was engaged in icon painting; he was a member of the Icon society. He painted landscapes, still lifes and portraits in an academic manner. Exhibited at the Salon of the Independent (1938, 1941, 1943, 1944, 1947; member of the salon). He executed the cover of the Russian literary almanac Orion (Paris, 1947). In the 1940s, he settled in Venezuela. Defects: Condition report by request.
