קופסת עץ עשויה מאגוז קוקס (יש הסבר מפורט בתוכה), ניתנה כשי על ידי נשיא הפיליפינים - פידל ואלדז ראמוס - לאיש העסקים הישראלי המיליונר הידוע שאול אייזנברג. יש בקופסה את כרטיס הביקור של הנשיא. ראמוס היה הנשיא ה-12 של הפיליפינים בין השנים 1992-1998. פריט נדיר ויוצא דופן ביותר. מידות: 17X14 ס"מ. גובה - 10 ס"מ. ניתן ל"ארטי" מאוסף הקופסאות של הגברת לאה אייזנברג, רעייתו של אייזנברג.
