Yehoshua Feivel Teomim-Fraenkel was a member of the well-known Teomim-Fraenkel family of Vienna, which had settled in Prague in the 17th century. He headed the yeshiva at Breslau where his students included Rebbe Akiva Eger. He was the son-in law of Rabbi David Oppenheim and passed on at an early age. Jessnitz 1723 . Was initially printed as an addendum to the Yam Shel Shlomo on Bava Kama. 16 ff. Very good condition. Bound with: Chidushei Halachot from the Ponim Meirot, on Bava Kama. Sulzbach 1729 . Meshulam Zalman Frankel [3], 51 ff. Inscription on title page indicating that this was given as a gift from Rabbi Menachem Mendel - Dayan of Leipnik – 1723. Also a signature of ”Meir b”r Simcha ”. Also the signature of Reb Itzik Katz Rappaport – apparently the father of the Simlat Binyamin, and Rabbi of Leipnik.
