A letter from Reb Chaim Ozer Grodziensky opposing the Jewish Federation. 1938 A letter dated Tamuz 1938. Secretarial written with one line in his handwriting and signature. 2 big marginal tears with significant loss of text.  Reb Chaim Ozer expresses his extreme oppostion to the the Jewish Federation and complains why many organizations affiliated with the Old Yishuv like Yeshivas Eitz Chaim would be expected to join the oppostion but have failed to do so. He threatens not to sign a certain plea [Kol Koreh] as long as they don't join his campaign against the Federation.
