Two Framed Art Pieces: Nude Study and Cityscape - This lot features two framed artworks. The first is a charcoal and pastel drawing of a seated nude figure, signed 'Helen M. Grose' in the bottom right. The second is an oil painting depicting a cityscape with architectural elements and water reflections, signed by Francis Kelly in the bottom right. Dimensions for the largest piece are approximately 19.5” x 16.25”. Weight: 5lb 4.1oz.  Condition: The artworks appear to be in good condition. The frames show some signs of wear consistent with age and handling. The backing paper on one frame is torn.
