Felt fabric - Felt fabric India, 20th century Of rectangular form, applied decoration depicting Skanda on the peacock and Ganesh on a red background. The decoration is arranged in a specular manner with the images of the two deities separated by a central geometric rosette. Small buttons on the edge. Short inscription in Devanagari characters in pen on the reverse. Traces of moths in the rim. Provenance: private collection Brescia, Italy. h. 100 X 58 cm
