Letter of Rabbi Eliezer Greenberger, Dayan in Michalovce - Handwritten Postcard from the Gaon Rabbi Eliezer Greenberger, the editor of Sha’arei Orah. Michalovce, 1934. In the letter, sent to Rabbi Yitzchak Sadin, a Rabbi in Brooklyn, NY, Rabbi Greenberger thanks him for his support of the Yeshiva, and encloses the Sefer “Sha’arei Orah” which was put together in the Yeshiva headed by the Gaon Rabbi Naftali Katz Fried, a Dayan in Michalovce. The letter is written on a paper that carries the stamps of Rabbi Naftali Katz Fried, son-in-law of the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Greenberger, brother-in-law of the writer and grandson of the holy Rabbi Yehoshua Heshil Fried of Kopisch. Rabbi Eliezer Greenberger, son of the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Greenberger Av Beis Din of Michalovce, edited, together with his brother-in-law, the newsletter “Sha’arie Orah” as well an managing the Yeshiva in Michalovce.
