A charity letter sent to a benefactor in the United States on behalf of a widow living in the Batei Hungarin in Jerusalem, with an added recommendation from Rabbi Leib Rabinowitz, bearing his stamp: 'הרב ליב רבינביץ ר”מ היכל רמ”א בן אדמו”ר אמר”פ נכד הג' המרא”ד במח”ס פעולת אדם' No documentation of this prominent “Rabbi” is known in Jerusalem; it appears that this stamp was produced specifically for the purpose of fundraising letters.
