The Gaon Rabbi Mordechai Amram Hirsch (1833–1909) – Av Beit Din of Oben Yashan, Prague, and Hamburg. He was the son and disciple of Rabbi Yitzchak Tzvi, Av Beit Din of Tisa Buya (Hungary), a disciple of Rabbi Ephraim Bruin, Av Beit Din of Tchaba, and a disciple of Shir, Av Beit Din of Prague. He served as Rabbi in Karcag, Tisa Buya, and Oben Yashan (Buda). From 1880, he served as Rabbi of Prague, and from 1889, he served as Rabbi of Hamburg. His responsa were printed in the Beit Yisrael, and a number of pamphlets and booklets were printed by him. His son-in-law, Rabbi Chanoch HaKohen Aren-Troy, was the Rabbi of Munich. Light wear and tiny marginal tears, good condition.
