Contains dozens of half-quill handwritten glosses in the margins. Attached to this volume is one damaged leaf containing part of the Responsum of the Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Deltash, stating that the publication of Sefer HaZohar is a clear sign that the days of redemption have arrived and salvation is near. [B] Shemot: 248 leaves [should read over 268 leaves], with several handwritten glosses. [C] Vayikra: 9–115 leaves. Leaves 3–8 were missing and completed in manuscript. An additional six leaves were added at the end of the volume [should read 115 leaves]. With numerous handwritten glosses and corrections. Many wormholes in the first and last leaves. [D] Bamidbar–Devarim: [1], 118–265 leaves [should read [1], 118–249, [1] leaves]. Volumes A, C, and D without bindings; Volume C bound in thick paper covers. Spines loose. Incomplete examplers with stains and worming. Fair condition.
