Historic document, announcing the celebration of the centennial of the Chevra Kadisha in Tirnau, Hungary. Shvat, 5661 (February 1901). The Chevra Kadisha was established in 1801, and the heads of the Chevra Kadisha are pleased to invite the honorables to a day of celebration and a Seudah on 21 Shvat, 5561 (Feb. 10, 1901). The invitation is in Hebrew on one side and Hungarian on the other, with the printed signatures of the heads of the Chevra Kadisha and a handwritten signature of Rabbi Yaakov Weinberg, the scribe.
