At the end of the Sefer, the author signed his name beneath a paragraph titled: 'הוי מתפלל בשלומה של מלכות' Among the signatories appear great Gedolei Yisrael, including the Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak, Av Beit Din of Volozhin, and his son-in-law, the Gaon the Netziv of Volozhin. With signatures, ownership inscriptions, and owners’ stamps. Half-leather binding, stains and worming, repair at the corner of the title page, defects and repairs at the edges of the final leaf, medium–good condition.
