Rabbi Shimon Shabtei - Revered Rav, fundraiser for the Sefardim Kollelim in the holy city of Safed, was sent to Morocco in 1903. Rabbi Rachamim HaKohen - Revered elderly Rav, fundraiser leading the funds of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai in the holy city of Safed. He wrote a approbation for the sefer 'רקיק אחד עם ענף שושן' (Casablanca, 1935). Rabbi Chaim Adrei (passed away 1930), born in Morocco. Was known as great Torah scholar, in 1853 became a member of the Beit Din in Safed next to the Ravd the Gaon Rabbi Chaim Sathon. After the First World War was appointed to serve as Cheif Rabbi of the holy city of Safed. Was buried on the holy Mount Meron. Additional signature has been identified in the sefer 'Am Ra”m', page 288, as the signature of Rabbi Vashrekai HaKohen. Fold marks, tears and taped, aging stains. Fair - good condition.
