The content of the letter: Rabbi Shlomo Zalman asks whether a person in a year of mourning is permitted to participate in a wedding feast or attend the Chupah to say Mazel Tov. Later he asks for a recommendation for the position of an expert Shoches in Breslau, explaining he wants to leave his present place of residence due to a controversy between the sages there. Finally, he writes words of Pilpul on Chazakas Kashtus and adds again a request and prayer for finding a living in Breslau.
