Testimony of Rabbi Masoud Adahan and Rabbi Ezra Avraham Mizrachi, regarding a woman’s waiver of her husband’s oath not to marry another woman in addition to her. Yaakov Elisha, with the signatures of witnesses. Tiberias, Chol HaMoed Sukkos, 1919. [1] p., Sephardic manuscript. Rabbi Masoud Adahan — son-in-law of Rabbi Yechya Abuchatzera. He was among the gabba’im of the Sephardic Kollel in the holy city of Tiberias, who in 1904 signed on a letter of appointment for the shadar of Tiberias to the community of Mahwit, Rabbi David Yelluz. Together with him signed that document his fellow gabbai of the Kollel and the Chief Rabbi and Chacham Bashi of the city, Rabbi Aharon Elhadif. An additional signature of his appears on a letter written by the Rabbanim of the Sephardic community in Tiberias in 1909, calling for assistance for their community suffering frequent troubles and severe economic distress.
