The leaf was printed for the benefit of visiting merchants so they would know the established regulation. The first half of the leaf contains the regulation, signed in print by the scribe Asher Yitzchak son of Rabbi Yaakov Chaim Castil Franco. The second half contains ”the text of the severe ban, regarding the preserved orders, ” signed in print by Rabbi Yekutiel Chaim son of Rabbi Hillel Katz. [1] paper leaf, printed on one side. 37.5x25 cm. Condition: Very good. Fold mark. The edges are not evenly trimmed (as original).
