Across the pages are clear signs of long, steady use. The zemiros pages bear numerous wine stains from the kos of Kiddush and Havdalah, particularly by the seder Kiddush, Havdalah, and Birkas HaMazon. The very appearance of the sefer speaks for itself — a zemiros booklet that accompanied him at the Shabbos table week after week, for many years.
