1988 BMW 528e Sedan
A 1988 BMW 528e sedan in a dark blue with blue leather interior, straight six 2.7 Liter M20 motor, two owner car, garage kept in Georgia since 1994 by the second owner. The car has been driven on the highway and drives well overall but it does need minor repairs. Please see condition report below. It is highly advised that you come and drive the car in person. Sold AS-IS with no warranty or guaranty. Clean Georgia title will be provided to buyer at time of purchase. Buyer must fill out a bill of sale in Georgia, provide proof of insurance. Condition: Good condition overall - 2nd Owner, garage kept since 1994 in Georgia, 132k Miles showing (odometer stopped working in 2022 but was working at time of inspection in 2021), starts, runs, drives, and stops with all necessary safety functions operational, car drives smooth with power and changes gears smoothly. Car has been recently serviced including the following: new tires including spare, alignment, new idler arms, new center link assembly, brake fluid flush and new fluid added, new air filter, oil change, new air flow sensor, new left side inner & outer tie rods, new brake pads & rotors, professionally detailed inside and out, leather has been reconditioned. Exterior is overall in very good condition commensurate with its age having a few small dents along the edge of the right front fender edge of the wheel well, some paint losses and rust along the edge of the trunk lid, two cracks in the top of the rear bumper (possibly just cosmetic), apparent dent at front left corner behind bumper, some minor scratches and gscuffs througout, couple spurs in windshield. Interior in very good condition commensurate with its age having separation of the cloth from the door seal gaskets, shifter knob worn out and needs replacement, HVAC is functional but is a little weak and does not blow really cold. Certain electronic sensors and warning indicators not functional. Cruise control is not functional. Electric windows and locks are fully functional. Exhaust system is leaking but headers and manifold appear to be in good condition. Overall solid driver will need work to bring up its value.
