Portugal France CEP – Red Cross envelope containing correspondence from prisoners of war sent from Lisbon to Hamburg via Geneva, stamped with “Commission Portugaise / de / Prisonniers de Guerre” and “Comité Internacional de la Croix Rouge / Genève / Section Civile”, transited through Geneva on 14/08/1916.
