Portugal 1912/4 Ceres. Envelope circulated from Porto (14.11.17) to Switzerland (06.12.17) with two 2 ½ c violet stamps, perforated 15x14, dotted paper, MF211c. Insufficiently franked by 2 ½ c, according to the postage table in force from 15.09.17, it was surcharged for the missing postage with a 20c stamp, Yv TT47. Censored with censorship bands from Portugal and France.
