Portugal 1912/4 Ceres. Circulated registered envelope from Lisbon to England (31.10.17) with a 5 c blue stamp, perforated 15x14, enamel paper, MF212b and a 7 ½ c blue MF229 stamp. Censored with censorship bands from Portugal and England, with the English band sealed with WAR / POSTAL / CENSOR / OFFICE on the front and back. Bands and stamps with oxidation spots, however, pieces with censorship bands sealed by the censor are very rare.
