Portugal 1978 Europa CEPT. Monuments, MF 1390 Pousada Romana (Belmonte), used stamp with error of omission of the CEPT symbol in dark blue. Accompanied by a normal stamp for comparison. Very beautiful and very rare (I don't know of another).
